tempering, and fried on Vegetal oil with French
fries our Salad. It can be eaten as entered or main
plate.
Cockles
at Bulhão Pato duly purified,
prepared with garlic, White wine and coriander. It is
an excellent plate as starter.

Bouillabaisse at Don
Peixe Prepared with Conger, Eels,
Ray, and Monkfish. A good suggestion for 2 people
meal.
Fry Sole
Previously tempered with Salt and passed in
flour fried on Vegetal oil and followed with
tomato rice.
